City Hall & Clock Tower

A 50-metre tower that still plays a march on the hour

Primăria și Turnul Primăriei

Oradea's City Hall was built in 1902–1903 to plans by Kálmán Rimanóczy Jr., with Ferenc Sztarill as builder, and inaugurated in January 1904. Its 50-metre tower on the Crișul Repede side is open to visitors, who climb about 250 steps past the 1904 clockwork to panoramic terraces over the old town.
